If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

-Marc Anthony

I’ve been pretty fortunate throughout my career as a storyteller. My time spent at Power Home Remodeling has been no exception. I know what you’re thinking;

‘Home remodeling? Seriously? Seems like a pretty odd place to say you love what you do.’

I completely agree, but tucked away inside the ‘nations largest exterior home remodeler’ is a group of people who genuinely care for one another and want to see everyone progress in their lives, both as professionals and as people.

Throughout my time there it’s been my honor to tell the story of the military community within Power. What I have found in the last four years is something truly rare, but instead of me telling you, let me show you…

One of the efforts that sets PVI apart from other military initiatives are our Expeditions, where a group of 20+ veterans spend three days on personal development, vulnerability, community building and volunteerism. Helping design, host and document these life changing events has been one of the best pieces of my career here.

Our Power Veterans Initiative is a community filled with men and women from the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and Veteran spouses who are leaders, learners, and allies within our business. We offer year-round opportunities for career growth and we foster a workplace environment similar to the military—one that focuses on camaraderie and care.

Profit + Impact

What we’ve proven at Power is when you build community and focus on impacting your people, you end up benefiting the company’s bottom dollar.
